Vietnam’s tallest building debuts in Ho Chi Minh City

In HCMC, the 50,000sqm GFA Vincom Centre Landmark 81 has welcomed guests as part of The Landmark 81, the tallest building in Vietnam with the total height of 461m. This 81-storey skyscraper is situated within Vinhomes Central Park, a 44-hectare urban area stretching along Saigon River’s bank.

Meanwhile, Fusion Resort Phu Quoc, the first all-spa inclusive resort on Phu Quoc Island, has added eight new villas and six treatment rooms to its existing 97 private pool villas and 20 treatment rooms. In Hanoi, the 265-unit Oakwood Residence Hanoi is set to open by mid-2019, marking this brand’s third property in Vietnam after two others in HCMC. In Bac Ninh province, a mixed-use development with the total area of 1,600 hectares has been approved, centered by an urban area and a Disney-inspired park in combination with other recreational facilities.
