Regent Singapore will be operated by Capella Hotel Group from 2019 after 26 years under management of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, while the 342-key Pullman Singapore should open by 2022 as the first Pullman property in the island state. In this context, the government is offering sites for hotel rooms for the first time in the past five years via its Government Land Sales programme for 2H2018, which can yield up to 930 keys to meet demand of a rosier tourism outlook in the next few years.
