In another context, InterContinental Phnom Penh was rebranded into The Great Duke Phnom Penh with a renovation worth US $30 million which would take place over the next 12 to 18 months. Furthermore, the iconic Hotel Cambodiana with 239 keys located at the confluence of the Tonle Sap and Mekong rivers should be demolished to build a 600-meter skyscraper which would become the fourth tallest building in the world as completed.
