In Manila, a US $121.5 million regional mall will rise in the 16-hectare Greenhills project by 2021, featuring about 2,000 stalls with over 150 global lifestyle brands. Providing awide range of shopping and dining options together with leisure facilities, this seven-storey complex is the second property following the 55-storey residential building named Connor launched in the mixed-use Greenhills which is undergoing a US $1.16 billion massive redevelopment.

Greenhills Mall 

In Cebu, the 146-key Radisson Red Cebu Mandaue will open by 2021 as part of the mixed-use Astra Centre which also comprises apartments, BPO commercial space, and retail outlets. This hotel will become Radisson Hotel Group’s second property in Cebu, following the 400-key Radisson Blu Cebu located in the North Reclamation Area.
