Set to open from 2018 to 2027, those properties will be located in Thailand’s key resort destinations of Pattaya, Rayong, Phuket, Khao Lak and Koh Samui under brands of Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Staybridge Suites. They will add more than 2,000 keys into Thailand’s market which already boasts this group’s largest system size in the region. Therein, Holiday Inn Express Pattaya Koh Larn is scheduled to open by 2018, rebranded from the current Sealay Resort Koh Lam.
