In Greater Bangkok, developers may keep launching new condominium projects on account of improved market sentiment, particularly in locations along new mass transit lines and in the middle to upscale segments. In Myanmar, due to a slowdown in the economic growth and the currently delayed tax amnesty bill which reduce the attractiveness of real estate investment, developers are likely to focus on units priced below US $74,460.
