  • Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas will debut this year in Singapore

After a four-year slide, private residential prices in Singapore are forecast to increase by about 5.5% in 2018 on account of pent-up demand, improved market sentiment, and new launches by developers. Moreover, office rents in this island state are set to post the biggest gains among the Asian cities over the next two years, since an increase in demand runs into moderating supply. Accordingly, rents may to US $100.80 per square foot a year in 2019 from US $80.53 per square foot in 2017.
