The Singapore-based SUTL Enterprise Limited acquired 60% stake in a Thai company to develop its seventh ONE°15 property. Situated at Makham Bay, Phuket, such integrated resort features a 171-berth marina, a 66-key hotel, facilities for nautical sports and recreational programs, F&B outlets, and retail shops with the total construction cost of US $18.4 million. Currently, Phuket has four marinas in operation with the handling capacity of more than 1,000 yachts.

On the other hand, a joint-venture consortium of Hongkong Land and Thailand’s Central Group acquired the existing site of the UK Embassy in Bangkok for over US $545.7 million, the biggest land deal in Thailand’s history. In 2019, Country Group Development Plc should start construction of a mixed-use project which is worth over US $474 million and covers a 3.68-hectare plot in the Rama III area.
