Centara Hotels & Resorts has signed a 20-year lease agreement worth the total amount of US $38.3 million for Centra by Centara Government Complex Hotel & Convention Centre Chaeng Watthana. Managed by Centara Hotels & Resorts since 2011, this 204-key hotel is part of Chaeng Watthana Government Complex which is home to more than 30 official departments and agencies of Thailand

Additionally, Centara Hotels & Resorts has broken ground the 282-key Cosi Pattaya Naklua Beach, the second Cosi hotel after the opening of the 150-key Cosi Samui in December 2017. Opening by 2019, this affordable hotel will target independent and tech-savvy travelers, promoting this operator’s five-year expansion plan to add to its portfolio about 40 more Cosi hotels in resort and city locations throughout Thailand and Asia.
